These award-winning 55% dark chocolate shavings create a rich and velvet-smooth hot chocolate to indulge, or they can be used to create a refreshingly cool iced chocolate drink. What's more, these versatile flakes are also great for adding into your recipes when cooking, and they make a fantastic topping for sprinkling on your morning cappuccino to give you a cocoa boost!
Made from the same chocolate we use in our chocolate cafe in Kent, these vegan, dairy free chocolate flakes are a great way to treat yourself at home. Or, match with our "I'm a mug for hot chocolate" mug to create a lovely birthday or thank you gift.
To create a refreshing iced chocolate drink: pour 4 or 5 tablespoons of your 55% dark chocolate flakes into a glass, and stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water to make a paste. Then, add 200-250ml of your preferred milk (dairy or plant-based) over the top and stir well. Finally, pour over a bed of ice, and enjoy every sip of your chocolatey concotion!
To use in a hot chocolate: scoop 4-5 tablespoons of the 55% dark Premium chocolate shavings into a mug, add a touch of hot water to mix into a paste. Heat up your preferred plant or animal milk until its steaming, and pour this over the paste. Stir well until all the chocolate is melted. Enjoy!
We believe our dark chocolate is suitable for vegans, however as it is made in the same environment as our milk chocolate, we cannot guarantee it is free from milk traces.
